     Singapore Yellow Pages provides name, address and telephone number information about businesses and individuals. Traditionally, this information was provided on paper and then by a call centre. In 2002, Singapore Yellow Pages established a web-site which now receives more than 2 million hits per month.
    The web-site’s search capability is provided by Mustard Technology’s iSearch software. The software indexes several back-end databases – a data base for individuals, a database for businesses etc. It then provides a wide variety of parametrical searches for customers across these databases in both Chinese and English languages.
